APV

Before the Youth Exchange, an Advance Planning Visit was carried out with group leaders from each partner country. The purpose of the APV was to ensure smooth preparation of the project, clarify responsibilities, and adapt the program to the needs of participants.

During the visit, leaders discussed logistical details, safety and well-being of the participants, intercultural evenings, and the structure of the final project. They also reviewed the thematic focus on inclusion and diversity, agreeing on methodologies and tools that would make the activities engaging and impactful.

The APV provided a strong foundation for cooperation between partners, built trust among leaders, and ensured that the Youth Exchange would run effectively and inclusively. Thanks to this preparation, the project week itself flowed with clear communication, strong teamwork, and a shared understanding of objectives.
